Completed 30 units of urban infill rental housing. Sold to private buyer at 4.6% cap rate. Thanks to our partner – Caleb Roope at the Pacific Companies, he and his team were instrumental in helping us make this project a reality – thanks Caleb. As well, we produced a major innovation in the city of Long Beach, as we were the first to use and have approved mechanical parking lifts in the city. The parking code produced by the city for future projects used 6th Street as the model for the code – thanks to the city staff for getting that approved for us. Good work to everyone on the team.
