PROJECT CONCEPT
CityView at University Village will be a new 128-unit infill residential community located in the 200 and 300 block of East 3rd Street in downtown Pomona. CityView will be a Type V new construction project comprised of two four-story residential buildings composed of loft-style homes. The two buildings will have 128 residential condominiums, with each building located above a single level podium semi-subterranean parking garage. The ground level of the building that fronts Palomares will feature approximately 9,000 square feet of retail space.
