methods including 1) A $19 million Tax-Exempt Bond through
the California Debt Limit Allocation Committee, issued
by the CRA of the City of Los Angeles, 2) 4% Tax Credit
Equity through the California Tax Credit Allocation Committee,
3) Historic Rehabilitation Tax Credits through the National
Park Service, and 4) $4 million through the Downtown Rebound
Loan Program with the California State Department of Housing
and Community Development. |
