PROJECT CONCEPT
Serenity Estates is a 236 unit detached residential project,
on 75 acres, that has been developed by Urban Pacific Builders
in the City of Lake Elsinore, CA. Urban Pacific is the fee
owner of the site. The project is approved for 6000 square
foot minimum lots, 20 acres of open space, two fully improved
parks, and series multi-purposes hiking trails that lace throughout,
following along natural greenscaped swales. Homes are projected
to average 2600 square feet in size, and to be priced in the
mid-$200,000 range. The project was fully approved, with the
complete EIR certification, by the City of Lake Elsinore in
August, 2003.
Urban Pacific will be jointly constructing said project with
KB Home, San Diego Coastal Division, and expects construction
to commence by December, 2003.
