PROJECT CONCEPT
AXIS will be a cutting edge, new town center mixed-use development,
offering 725 residential units and 16,000 square feet of retail
space on 15.6 acres. The residential portion will consist
of lofts, loft townhomes, townhomes, and conventional condominium
units. A variety of open space opportunities respond to recreation
and activity needs of residents and visitors alike. Axis is
designed to bring together residents that appreciate the opportunity
to satisfy their daily live, work and play needs into a single
neighborhood that becomes an integeral part of the existing
community. As well, it adjacent location next to the existing
entertainment retail development – Westminster Promenade,
will allow for convenient walking access to this vibrant area
that includes movie theaters, restaurants, and other entertainment
outlets. It's convenient proximity to US Hwy 36 and a future
light rail station (2015) offers ideal access to Denver or
Boulder.
