Scott Choppin and the Urban Pacific team recently toured the Ross Minority Real Estate program class through its latest workforce housing project located in Montebello, CA. The 1029 S. Montebello project is the company's latest Urban Town House (UTH) workforce housing development project, where the UTH model pairs private capital with workforce housing apartment units. Urban Pacific partnered with Israel-based private equity fund SDB Investment Company, and will complete the project later this year. Urban Pacific will hold the project in its long term hold workforce housing apartment portfolio.
