April's Rent Growth Marks Another New High for New Apartment Renters

"Apartment rent growth for new renters hit another new high in April, with true rent growth of 18.8% (signed replacement rent / lease-over-lease trade-out). Pricier Class A & B still lead, both reaching 19.3% in April. Class C continued to trail but at a still sizable 14.7%."
