The lockdown has changed much in the world of multifamily real estate development. So how can developers and investors effectively lease units during this time?

In this video, Scott Choppin, Founder/CEO of Urban Pacific explains.

Scott: So, we're basically renting, presently, on one of our projects in Orange County. That's one of the early- in fact, the final project in our demonstration phase of the UTH model in Fullerton. As of last week, we had three pre-leases in place, which basically has ... That's 42 percent of the units. We'll continue to observe how that velocity continues, but I think, basically, in the midst of the lockdown, I think it just demonstrates that we have the capability to lease units effectively.
