Scott: We use Zillow, interestingly enough, although Zillow is a house website. They do sell land on their not huge pieces. But sometimes, you know, the kind of sites that we want to find for workforce housing. We will also work with a brokerage community. So I have relationships with several brokerage houses, names that you're familiar with, Marcus and Millichap, you know, C Richard Ellis, Lee and Associates. But really more often, we're working with specific people that we have built the trust of relationships with. They know our product. They know the markets we want to be in. They have a history with us. They've proven we've proven us to them.
