Scott: I have a number I just underwrite to. And I think it’s probably like overly conservative for most projects. But let me tell you this. What I do say is, you know, to sort of tell a little funny story, when I was a young project manager, there was no deal I couldn’t save or I couldn’t make work. Right. Any deal was possible. Every deal is possible right. Now. Like the total opposite. I like every deal is going to die, man. Like, fast, quick death. The faster it can die the better.
