Given the recent events in Shanghai, we found the video of documenting the supply chain and how it may not return to “normal”. Part of our process is to anticipate future threats, obligations (things we must do), and opportunities. Given the changed nature of the supply chain, we can anticipate threats of continued disruption, and opportunity of designing our building operations to better compete in the marketplace to build our UTH workforce housing product.
