Why It’s Important to Remember the Demographic that Can Continue to Work in a Lockdown

Are there any factors within the multifamily real estate development industry that can continue to work during a lockdown?

In this video, Scott Choppin, Founder/CEO of Urban Pacific lays out the demographic that can indeed continue to function during these tumultuous times.

From this video:

Scott: Say that is this, is that generally, if you look at the general economy in either California, or the United States, something like 70 percent of the entire population continues to work effectively. Now, it is predominantly hitting the service-industry categories, but very, very selective, or narrow in its impact. As an example, restaurants are closed down; bars are closed down. But we still have warehouse workers. Amazon is hiring 100,000-plus folks.

Thanks for watching today's video where we went over why it’s important to remember the demographic that can continue to work in a lockdown!
